Why serve? @ 9:38 PM
Why serve? Why do we need to be helpful? Or caring? Or bother about other people's problems? Face it, most people are ungrateful, politely thankful at best. So who cares? As what Im always told, don't bother about other peoples problem, do what you can to help but if it spills over into ur own work, stay clear. After all, you were put to accomplish something in your life, so get on with the studying and hear out the demands of the course. 2 more years! That's all, focus on the objective, get the 40+ points. The world doesn't wait for you, catch up with it or face the consequences, lose out, after that there is no more hope.
Or is it? Do we really need to minister to people around us? Is being available to the brother next to you a must? What if Im not comfortable being around him? Maybe he's hard to work with, cynical and pessimistic? Maybe he tells you to leave him alone, go away, don't be a pest. Me, serving him???
